During our stay at the Marriott Windsor near Heathrow, we had exceptional service in the Executive Lounge. The attendent during most of the morning and evening was KORLEY, and she went above and beyond her duties to give exceptional service to each person in the room. She worked very hard to keep the room supplied and to meet the demands, sometimes with crowded and demanding conditions. Although the food service and lobby staff were given tips for their guest assistance, I don't believe that KORLEY received any such additional compensation. My hope is that she will be otherwise compensated by recognizing her skills and hard work for Marriott.
