I had written to Marriott rewards and below is their suggestion.. I still have to try as per the below suggestion.

In order to order and send merchandise to someone in the US, you must have their address on your Marriott Rewards account before you log on to the shopping website. You must update your Marriott Rewards account with your US resident friend's address information before you can place your order. The website will not allow you to shop from the US Skymall website if the address on your Marriott Rewards account is in India.Also, all merchandise ordered through Skymall using your Marriott Rewards points have to be shipped to the address on the Marriott Rewards account. This is because Skymall cannot change an address for shipment
when items are ordered using Marriott Rewards points.
