STaying at Marriott in Sacramento by UCDavis Medical Center. I had a problem with the electricity on one sideoff the room that was not taken care of during the day as promised. I talked to John at the front desk and he personally came upstairs to resolve the problem. This young man really wants to help and went the extra mile. Later I saw him in the lobby talking to a young girl who obviously a patient at the Medical Center. He greeted her and her mother, who obviously had stayed here before, like old friends. He made this little girl feel so special and beautiful. She was beaming. John has a gift for making people feel special!
