Kali's Court in Baltimore.  Head straight for the grilled fish.

Legal Seafood on the Harbor...best scallops ever!

They are also in Crystal City/Arlington in DC and at DCA/Reagan...definitely worth a trip.

There is a gem of a place about 5 miles south of Inner Harbor in Linthicum called G & M Crabcakes.  They are the very BEST, and they ship them to anywhere in the world.  If you live within driving distance like I do, I recommend bringing a cooler and purchasing the crabcakes raw and cook them at home. (there are directions on their website) they are divine and puff up like a souffle.  This is a big local hangout with people who know their crabcakes.  Don't miss this place if you're in the area.

As a side note, they have the most wonderful coconut custard layer cake.  Don't leave without a piece of that.
