Just writing a quick note today to let you know of the super customer service I received today from Sherri S. at the Fairfield Inn in Dubuque, IA. I stayed at this property earlier this week and called there this morning to see if I had left my eye glasses in my room. Sherri answered my call pleasantly, checked her logs while I was on the phone and didn't find that any glasses had been turned in. She then said she would check with the person who cleaned by room and committed to call me back either way. That by itself was a surprise!
She just called me back. Unfortunately for me, she had checked with the housekeeper and looked in the room herself and didn't find the glasses. She did however say she would keep my number and call me if they turn up. I believe her!
I am a frequent business traveler and this is the best customer service I have received in a long time. Kudos to Sherri.
