I am missing some points that I expected to receive from a purchase in Nov 2016. I have already contacted the ShopMyWay portal by email multiple times, but I have not heard anything back from them. Does anybody know a phone number I can contact them at?
Hi dwang2! Carat and team looked into this for you, and found that points should post to your account no later than 60 days from the day of shipment. If it's been longer than 60 days, let us know and we can look into this further. Thanks!
I am missing some points too. It has been over 60 days. I emailed the vendor in early January through the site and have yet to get a response to my inquiry. I sent all the documentation they requested. Well, I did get an email telling me they received it. It has a follow up email address, and I have already sent them one email.
Basically the issue is a purchase that I made at Ebooks that should have earned me 170 points. It is showing as "Erred." I seem to be getting all of my other purchases credited properly -- got one today in fact, and expect to get the last one in the next week.
Can someone help me with this? I think I have done about all I can do with self help.
