They call SEVERAL times a day from Vienna Va and I keep pushing the button 2 to TAKE MY NAME OFF THE LIST...I am ready to sign up with Hilton if this is not fixed!!!

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)

Apologies for the frustration this has caused jenne13!  We have been made aware of spam calls that members have been receiving.  For more information on this, please check out the following link.  http://news.marriott.com/2015/05/marriott-international-responds-to-continued-phone-scam.html

    Hi Jenne,

I understand your frustration, but it's most likely a company pretending to be Marriott. They are scammers and you should not give them your credit card number, ever. Pressing number 2 doesn't work, if anything, it actually communicates to them that you really believe it's a real telemarketing call.

Best way is to **** them off: make the conversation as long as possible (you're interested, say that you're interested in upgrades and willing to pay for), but when they are ready for your credit card, just say you'll continue to waste their time as long as they keep harassing you. You'll be off their list in no time!
