superchief1, there is construction on both sides of Oceana Palms, but with their location I don't believe either will block north/south view - perhaps if you rent in back building (not ocean front)…
A spectacular rainbow appeared one morning just below our balcony, seemingly touching down on the beach, and then it suddenly moved out to sea.
After lingering for a while on the beach, it floated away, a reminder of God's covenant faithfulness (Genesis 9:9-17) to His people
There are two MVC properties on Singer Island - we chose the Oceana Palms, which features two high-rise towers, with parking on first six floors, so all the villas - even the ocean side - afford spectacular views.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We took advantage of nearby Publix grocery store to purchase breakfast and lunch foods for dine-in pleasures, including breakfast on our balcony.
We also enjoyed pool side amenities, including a complimentary 12:30 pm ice cream refresher each day after early morning walks on the beach.
While the beaches here are not very crowded, the sand is somewhat deep and difficult to walk on unless you're at water's edge.
Next time you MVC "Destination Points" owners want an enjoyable beach get-a-way, consider Singer Island. We've booked another week at Oceana Palms the last week in September, 2017.
There are a number of fine dining opportunities in the area, and this past September many of the restaurants - including the nearby Marriott Hotel & Resort on Singer Island, others along A1A in North Palm, and Palm Beach (as shown here) - were offering three-course meals for $32-35.
